Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including all 50 states.

Shipping rates: Standard Shipping is $5.99. Orders of $35.00 or more ship free.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time: once shipped, orders usually arrive within 5 to 8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or high-volume periods.

Kits & Accessories: items in our Kits & Accessories collection (including The Walk Kit and The Slow Meal Kit) ship from our international warehouse. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing and 7 to 12 business days for delivery. If you order a kit together with other products, the kit arrives in a separate package with its own tracking number.

Multiple items: if your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking for each package.

Address accuracy: please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us quickly if you need to correct it.

Lost or damaged packages: if your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page and we will help resolve it.
